1. Does your Bra makes a perfect circle under your rib cage?
The band should be snug--but not so tight you cant fit a finger underneath. If so, you are wearing the right band size. If not, you nned to change band size.
- Does your bra ride up your back?
If so, you either need to down in band size.
- Does your bra create rolls of flesh above and below the side wings?
If so, you need to go up a band size or try a different style.
REMEMBER: Since the cup is not proportional with the band size the size of the cup also changes. If you go down in band size, you will need to increase the cup size to maintain the same size cup as before.
For example, you use to wear a 36B but just you realized you need to go down to a 34. Don't make a mistake of buying 34B--34C is the correct size for you if your cup size does not need altering.
