Shipping & Returns

Items purchased from Lapeches.com may be exchanged/returned within 20 business days from the date the order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags and seals attached, and in its original packaging. To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured. You cannot return merchandise bought through the Peches Catalogue or Lapeches.com at Peches Outlets.

Any orders cancelled after production has already begun will be charged @ 25% re-stocking fee. Bargain, Sale or items marked for Discontinuation may not be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.

Please note: We do not exchange panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items If the protection seal is removed. Discount Category items are not returnable.

We do not refund shipping charges for the initial shipment of your order, or the return postage, unless the item ordered is defective, or if the incorrect item is shipped to you.

If any item returned to us, is in violation of our return policy we reserve the right not to credit you for the return, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want us to ship the item back to you.

E-mail us let us know of your return/exchange, immediately. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number via reply email/trouble ticket RMA. Returns without a valid RMA # will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Credits your Peches Account, will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit. If you wish to request a refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement, the return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten business days.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
